I've come off of hiatus to say goodbye to Caroll Spinney, whom the world knows best as Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch. I was lucky enough to spend 3 days with Caroll and his wife, Debra, as a talent handler and driver for a PBS special back in 2014. During that time I got to meet and look after a childhood hero.
